Normalize Living in Your Imagination

So often, we treat imagination like a special effect or a “fantasy” — something reserved for meditation cushions, guided visualization and vision boards. All in hope of manifesting our dream lived. But what if I told you that your wildest dreams can become as ordinary as your morning coffee? When we “incorporate all levels”, we blur the line between the inner and outer, letting our desires live in every moment of our day.

What if you drop the term “3D”, “4D”, all the other “D’s” as well as “inner & outer world”, and see yourself as reality — your true Self as God?

Be Childlike

Kids are in their imagination 24/7. They can’t tell the difference between imagination and tangible reality — they accept their magical powers as a normal part of them and integrating it into their lives so beautifully. This way of approaching imagination makes them wonderful manifestors. Children don’t use it “to get something”, they use it because they love it— just like they use their hands to play with Play-Doh.

What if you can allow yourself to use your imagination the same way again — and send your oh-so-serious adult mind on a vacation?

Why “Normalizing” Matters

Your mind is a powerful filter. If you only imagine your dream in a sacred circle once a week or exclusively in your daily 10-minute morning visualization routine, you’re seeing it as an exotic guest — rare, distant, and separated from you instead of something that is yours the moment you become aware of your desire. But when you weave your visions into everyday routines, you declare: “This is normal. This is me.” By doing so, you prevent yourself from falling into the trap of “okay, my desire is fulfilled ‘over here’, but I don’t have it in 3D yet”.

An Imagination & Manifestation Lifestyle

1. Your Morning Ritual

Upgrade your mundane mornings: As you sip your coffee or tea, don’t stop at warm comfort. Imagine doing it in your dream kitchen — floor‐to‐ceiling windows, marble countertops, a view of cherry blossoms outside. Hear the sound of your coffee machine, smell the yummy coffee, feel the warm cup in your hands. Taste the rich aroma as if it’s swirling through your ideal home.

2. Your Ideal Career is Here

Instead of treating your current job or business like something you wish you could escape from, imagine yourself already working in your dream company or speaking with your ideal client while you’re sitting on your desk. See yourself wearing the most beautiful outfit with good-hair-days as the norm being appreciated by your team, or see the client you’re working with winning.

You don’t have to wait for your desired work experience in your physical world, you can have it, right here, right now. And if no work at all and simply living your desired life full of play and effortless flow is your ideal, then give yourself this experience regardless if “you’re at work in 3D”. A little vacation never hurt anyone ☻

3. Browsing With Intention

When you scroll through clothes online or flip through magazines, place yourself in each outfit. See your reflection in a boutique mirror, or see yourself as the model. Feel the silk or denim against your skin as you step into a sunlit loft downtown. You can also imagine yourself having “that wardrobe”. Same with social media — instead of mindlessly scrolling, follow only accounts that light you up, and see yourself living that life. Everyone is you pushed out, therefore, what’s in your awareness is You.

Somatic Tip: Notice how your posture straightens when you wear “your” dream ensemble, or when you see yourself living this dream life you’d previously envy others for (remember they are you!). Let that posture and vibe stay with you, even off‐screen.

4. Walking In Your Desired Reality

Every walk can double as a rehearsal for your “future” life. If you long to live in LA, stroll through your local park as if you’re on a tree‑lined street seeing the Hollywood sign with your two pups by your side. Just relax into the knowing that your desired home in your desired location is yours, rest as awareness and allow these images, feelings & thoughts to arise naturally — imagine as Source, not as a “little human trying to manifest”. Gift yourself beautiful experiences just for the sake of it.

Somatic Tip: Match your stride to your vision — light and confident, like you’ve roamed these avenues a thousand times. Enjoy the cozy feeling that you perhaps associate with it: “This is home.”

Collapse Both Worlds into One

Each of these practices isn’t “make‑believe” — it’s the first draft of reality. By layering your imagination onto your daily life, you collapse the space between “now” and “then”, between “here” and “there.” All is one, all is now — for you and through You (as Source).

“Normal” is where the illusory barrier between your inner world and your outer world melts into nothingness.

Your Daily Invitation

Pick one everyday moment — brushing your teeth, answering a text, waiting in line —and level up your experience with (*in Neville’s voice*) your “wonderful human imagination”:

  1. See your dream setting.

  2. Feel the corresponding sensations.

  3. Hear the ambient sounds.

  4. Know it’s already yours.

Over time, your brain will stop distinguishing “real” from “rehearsal.” You’ll begin to walk, talk, and breathe as the version of yourself you want to be — because in the great tapestry of consciousness, all levels truly are one. No one to become, simply a part of your infinite Beingness to experience through conscious choice.

Stay here, stay curious, and let your daily life become magic made flesh.
