Seeing Beyond the Mirror — Manifest Your Desired Physical Appearance

Know Thyself

Before we dive into the practice, I want to highlight how important, how necessary it is to know yourself as Source. As the formless, faceless, infinite, invisible Life Force that animates this entire dream world.

Creation is already finished which means not only your desired version of your body exist but so do all other infinite versions of it. You‘re the one who gives life to any version of your avatar with the body based on what you aware of — how you choose to see yourself regardless of what the five senses or the logical mind want to tell you. You are beyond all of that.

Take some moments to go within (you can even do this with your eyes open) and become aware of the fact that you are the divine presence behind all form, behind all thought, behind all feelings, sensations & emotions, behind all belief, behind any story that could ever be told. You are the vast nothingness in which all of existence moves — nothing and nobody can exist without you as Source. Let that sink in. Feel into it, contemplate it.

Allow whatever is present to be there, even frustration, insecurity, or any kind of turbulence. Just like the ocean allows all waves to move naturally.

Once you feel yourself more present & spaciousness, you can now play with the following practice:

Mirror, Mirror on the Wall

Look in the mirror — not at the reflection, but through it. As if it were glass, not a surface, or a solid thing.
(Remind yourself: „I am the one who is watching the one in the mirror — I am the one inside here looking out, looking through these eyes. I give life to this body & all bodies.“)
Place your hands on your heart. Close your eyes.
Breathe into your body and feel your true form within. Not the form of the past, but the one already real, already present. (Side note: Knowing that because infinite versions of your body exist, you don’t have to settle for the one in front of you but become aware of your ideal being present too, right here, right now. Anything can only ever exist in the present moment, the timeless now & you have the right to choose your preference whenever you want to — you are the only one who can give to yourself. Not the 3D, not „anybody else“ — you‘re the source after all. Nothing can exist without your consent. The 3D world only exists because you as Source exist.)
Now, allow your desired body to emerge & feel yourself in it; and even more, feel this body within you as the space in which it appears. You can also visualize or just speak it into existence — whatever feels best and most natural to you.
Smile softly. Feel gratitude for your body listening, adapting, aligning.
Open your eyes with a new perspective — not to check, but to remember that your desired form is right here with you. Don‘t wait for the reflection to change (this is fruitless 🙃), and instead continue to gift to yourself your beautiful god-given gifts, your creations. Honor your imagination, it‘s always here for you. Your sixth sense, as I like to call it. Take it seriously — it‘s not some fantasy, it‘s the paradise that you‘re always carrying with you. Denying it, or labeling it as “fantasy” would be a rejection of your True Self as God. You have eyes to see, ears to hear, and you have your imagination to fulfill yourself.
Walk away and go about your dayin deep knowing. The mirror must catch up, but you are already it. Don’t wait or hope for anything to change, and if you catch yourself doing so, gently remind yourself that you are already in your ideal body. It is always with you.

Allow your human character to act up if they have to — they don’t know better and only believe what the physical senses (the filters) suggest. Hold space for whatever is present, allow it and remember that you are beyond it. Nothing can touch you unless you say so.

Only you can give to yourself whatever you desire, you are the source of it — all desire is born and fulfilled within you. Not sometime, not maybe, not by chance but by choice and recognition. You are it, you have it, right here, right now.
